Fresh Fruit Kebabs with Lemon Lime Dip By Mrs. Clause

Servings - 6 (Two Kebabs Per Person)


  • 12 ounces low-fat, sugar-free lemon yogurt

  • 3 tsp fresh lime juice

  • 2 tsp lime zest

  • 12 to 18 pineapple chunks

  • 12 to 18 strawberries

  • 3 kiwi, peeled and diced

  • 2 bananas, cut into 1/2-inch chunks

  • 12 to 18 red grapes

  • 12 wooden skewers


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lime juice and lime zest. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
    Thread 1 of each fruit onto the skewer. Repeat with the other skewers until the fruit is gone. Serve with the lemon lime dip.

Tip- If storing in the fridge for longer than a few minutes, dip fruit in orange or pineapple juice to prevent browning
