Fresh Fruit Kebabs with Lemon Lime Dip By Mrs. Clause
A sweet appetizer that's a sure satisfier!
Servings - 6 (Two Kebabs Per Person)
- 12 ounces low-fat, sugar-free lemon yogurt
- 3 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 12 to 18 pineapple chunks
- 12 to 18 strawberries
- 3 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 2 bananas, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 12 to 18 red grapes
- 12 wooden skewers
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lime juice and lime zest. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Thread 1 of each fruit onto the skewer. Repeat with the other skewers until the fruit is gone. Serve with the lemon lime dip.
Tip- If storing in the fridge for longer than a few minutes, dip fruit in orange or pineapple juice to prevent browning
