Lower back pain is common, but how intense the pain is can vary from person to person and for various reasons. It can take a toll on daily life and create difficulties moving around. It can create stress and even lead to job loss if it is bad enough. Since there are many reasons for lower back pain the test have become much better and so has the cure or relief of pain.

The most common cause of back pain is strain on the job or at home. You can throw out your back and experience severe pain by just sneezing in the wrong position. But there are solutions to reducing and even eliminating the pain so you can get back to your daily life. First, do not think you can no longer function. By stopping any activity you may be causing more problems.

Gentle movement from side to side in a very slow way can re-align the back and strengthen muscles. When you first wake up in the morning move to your back and wait just a few minutes. Then very, very slowly and gently raise your leg and bend you knee bringing it to your chest. Do it slowly and pull gently. After a few seconds release your leg and lower it very slowly back to the bed. Do this with both legs at least three times. Then rest for just a minute.

Roll to the side of the bed and slowly sit up. If the pain is still intense then you are going to turn from side to side and stretch the muscles in the back. Every movement you make must be done slowly until your back is in good enough shape to stand up. Keep moving and keep stretching gently throughout the day. Eventually your back will begin to heal itself and you will resume all daily activity. If possible, locate a yoga class in your hometown and sign up. Yoga is one of the best exercises for your back to strengthen, stretch and increase flexibility for better health in the future.
