The bacteria can spread from the heart to the lungs and be very fatal. Staph infections that attack the lungs most often cause a severe strain of pneumonia.

Some causes of a staph infection can include animal bites, cuts, injections, puncture wounds, dry skin, boils, and more. It is very important that you protect your skin. Antibacterial soaps are often used to help clean the skin and help to prevent staph infections from occuring. Staph infections can cause one to suffer from fever, nausea, and headaches. Staph infections can easily spread to other areas of the body. It can spread to other people if they come in contact with the body fluids of the infected person. This uis a serious medical condition that is known worldwide. You should take precaution to avoid catching this type of infection. If you work in healthcare setting, then you must wear gloves, protective clothing, and wash your hands frequently.
