About 72,000 crashes and 44,000 injuries each year are a result of drowsy driving, and that's not to mention the estimated 6,000 fatal crashes caused by drowsy drivers. People in the age group between 18 and 60 years must sleep 7 or more hours everyday to promote optimal health, according to The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society. If you don’t sleep for that many hours, it might lead to fatigue, impaired performances as well as depression.

Apart from less sleep, poor diet can also be a feasible reason to feel tired always. You can banish tiredness by making amendments into your diet chart by eating healthy and balanced diet. It is important to choose a mix of those food and fruit products to go with your diet. The diet must include proper dose of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein and dairy. You should eat right amount of calories as according to your sex, age, weight and activities you do throughout the day. Eating either too much or too less calorie can lead to fatigue. You must remember to never skip the breakfast on any day. Skipping breakfast on a regular basis can deny your body the nutrients it requires. Also, eating at regular intervals can make the body perfect. Drinking water can help to prevent dehydration, which results in fatigue, unclear thinking, mood changes, overheating, and constipation.

The current work environments, family synergies and some other situations lead to too much stress. There can be potentially thousand reasons to load up stress on the mind which can make it sluggish.
